Terms of Use

These terms apply to the milovanovicweb site and to the websites I build for clients. Services are provided by Miloš Milovanović, a freelancer based in Aleksinac, Serbia. Before every project, you get a written quote with the scope, price and timeline. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

1. Services

I design new websites, redesign existing ones, provide care plans and do local SEO. I build sites in Webflow and connect them to what the business already uses, like Booking.com, Airbnb or a channel manager.

2. Quote and price

Prices on the Pricing page are starting prices. You get an exact, fixed price after a questionnaire and a 30-minute call. That price covers the scope in the quote and doesn't go up while we work. Work outside the quote only happens if we agree on the price first.

3. Payment

Payment comes in three parts: a 40% deposit up front, 30% when you approve the design and 30% before the site goes live. If a payment is late, I pause work until it arrives, and the timeline moves by the same number of days.

4. Timelines

The timeline is stated in the quote and starts when the deposit is paid. It also depends on when copy, images and approvals arrive. If materials are late, the timeline moves by the same number of days.

5. What I need from the client

Copy, images, a logo and accurate business details, on time. The client confirms they have the right to use everything they send and is responsible for its content.

6. Revision rounds

The number of revision rounds depends on the site level and is stated in the quote. Revisions beyond that are billed separately, always agreed on before I start.

7. Who owns the site

Until the final payment arrives, the site stays on my Webflow account. After the final payment, I transfer the site to the client, or I keep looking after it, whichever they prefer. From then on, the site and design are theirs. Fonts, tools and add-ons from other companies remain under their own licenses.

8. Portfolio and concepts

I may show a finished site in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise. Work marked as CONCEPT wasn't made for a client. These are my proposals and don't mean the business shown is my client.

9. Care plans

Care plans are paid monthly, and what's included is listed on the Pricing page and in the quote. Either the client or I can cancel by email or message with 30 days' notice.

10. Ending the project

Either side can end the project by email or message. The work done up to that day is then paid for. If more was paid than the work done, I refund the difference.

11. Liability

I work carefully, but I don't guarantee a specific number of inquiries, calls or bookings, because that also depends on things outside the site. I'm not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and my liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

12. Confidentiality

What I learn about a client's business while we work together stays with me, unless the law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

When I change these terms, I also update the date at the top. A project already underway follows the terms from the day the quote was accepted.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. We'll first try to settle any disagreement between us, and if that fails, the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction.
