Privacy Policy

This page explains what data I collect through this site, why, who else sees it and how you can ask me to delete it. I run the site myself, so any question about your data is handled directly with me.

1. Who handles your data

Your data is handled by me, Miloš Milovanović, a freelancer based in Aleksinac, Serbia, working under the name milovanovicweb. For any question about your data, write to [email protected] or reach me at +381 66 8132278 (WhatsApp and Viber).

2. What data I collect

Only what you send me yourself. From the contact form: name, email, phone, topic, website address and message. From the free video review form: name, email and website address. From the quote questionnaire: your answers about your business and your contact details. Plus anything you send me by email, WhatsApp or Viber. The site has no newsletter and no advertising cookies.

3. Why I use it

To answer your inquiry, make a video review or a quote, and to run the project if we work together. The legal basis is your request and consent, and during a project, our agreement. I don't use your data for advertising and I don't send messages you didn't ask for. All of this follows the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.

4. Cookies

The site doesn't use analytics or marketing cookies, so there's no consent banner. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from attacks. I measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't track visitors across other sites. I only see totals, for example how many visits each page gets and which countries they come from. If I ever add analytics with cookies, I'll say so here first and ask for your consent.

5. Who else sees your data

I don't sell your data or share it for advertising. It only passes through the tools I use for work: Cloudflare (site hosting, forms and visit stats), Resend (forwards form messages to my email), Zoho Mail (business email), Google (the questionnaire in Google Forms) and WhatsApp or Viber, if you contact me there. I share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

6. Data outside Serbia

Cloudflare, Resend, Zoho and Google process data on servers outside Serbia, in the European Union and the US. Zoho Mail stores my email in the EU, and Resend sends form messages through servers in Ireland. Cloudflare handles each visit in the data center closest to the visitor. I chose them because they're reliable and have their own data protection measures.

7. How long I keep data

If an inquiry doesn't turn into a project, I keep it for up to a year and then delete it. Client data is kept for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires for business records. I'll delete it sooner if you ask, except for what I'm legally required to keep.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see what data I have about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have me stop using it, and to withdraw your consent. Just write to [email protected], and I'll reply within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact Serbia's Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

9. Security

Only I have access to the data, through password-protected accounts. No transfer over the internet is completely secure, but I do everything reasonable to keep your data protected.

10. Children

This site is meant for business owners. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If a child has sent data, let me know and I'll delete it.

11. Changes to this page

When I change this page, I also update the date at the top. The version currently published applies.
